So delicious and healthy, perfect for any time of the day...

Coconut Yoghurt


  • Flesh of 2 young coconuts
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup raw cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup


  • Open the 2 young coconuts and drain the coconut water into a jug measuring out ½ cup and reserve the rest.
  • Scoop the flesh out of the coconut using a spoon.
  • Combine the coconut flesh and water with the cashews and maple syrup in a high powdered blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.

Enjoy with some fresh fruit, muesli or a handful of nuts! :-)
